We want to give our clients an elite professional experience like they’ve never had before. By honoring our policies, you’ll receive excellent customer service. Please note that by booking an appointment, you accept our policies' conditions.
Booking Policies
Cancellation/Reschedule
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48h in advance will invoke cancellation fee of $200 or equal to the amount charged for deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please allow yourself enough time to locate us and have a few minutes to sit and relax in the reception area. If you are running behind by more than 15 minutes, we may not have enough time to complete your service as most appointments. This will result in a $50 charge. We will always do our best to accommodate you; however, arriving late may result in a shortened service or having to reschedule. We never want to rush your experience with us.
Walk-Ins
We always do our best to accommodate walk-ins and same-day appointments. Feel free to call and ask to be put on our cancellation list for any last-minute cancellations.
